At Anova Culinary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision cooking experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 100 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a return authorization.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled safely.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the Anova precision cooker and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
